Challenge
As an owner and operator of generation and transmission facilities, the organization is required under the Federal Power Act to meet mandatory and enforceable standards. In order to meet compliance standards, Concentrix Catalyst was engaged to help the organization implement ServiceNow to automate pertinent workflows and catalog items that supported the designated levels of system access and controls.
Solution
The Service catalog was created to support the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) access management. Custom workflows were developed to support the necessary requirements including automated compliance reporting for audit requests/needs.
