Challenge
Finding the right entrance is a major frustration for many hospital visitors. For Sydney Local Health District, this not only means unhappy visitors but also employees, due to patients missing their appointments and staff being distracted from their duties to help visitors navigate through the hospital.
Opportunity
The ‘Find My Way’ iPhone application was launched, and today, the app is helping NSW visitors navigate to and from the hospital with ease, and is freeing up employees to focus on their job, Through Phoenix Intelligence, hosted on Amazon Web Services, Sydney Local Health District is now able to collect and analyze valuable data on their visitors’ behavior and continue to improve their visitor experience.
Results
We identified key visitor and employee pain points and developed a solution for the Apple iOS platform. In just over four weeks, we delivered a working prototype and engaged users for feedback prior to launching the iOS app.
