Catalyst staff spotlight: Swetha Jaini, Senior Software Engineer

Every month, we like to highlight a few of our exceptional staff and give them a chance to share more about themselves and what they enjoy most about being a part of Concentrix Catalyst. This week, we shine a light on Swetha Jaini, Senior Software Engineering.

Q: Tell us a little bit about yourself. 
I was born and raised in Wanaparthy, a historical place ruled by Nizam of Hyderabad. I enjoy watching movies, going out with friends, and spending time with family. In my free time, I enjoy painting, shopping, DIY, and I like to cook and experiment with recipes. 

Q: Tell us about what you do at Concentrix Catalyst. 

I have six years of experience in Microsoft technologies and cloud and have been at Concentrix Catalyst as a senior software developer for one year. At Catalyst, I have been given many opportunities to develop my career while working on projects in different domains and technologies. Currently, I am working on a project using Azure and Power apps. I support the team with any functionality/technical or business-related questions.  

Q: Tell us some of the best parts about working at Catalyst. 

I enjoy the challenges of solving business problems and the opportunity to develop applications from scratch. I am proud of myself and my ability to handle any challenges that may arise in my career. I am extremely passionate and committed to delivering work to meet deadlines. I have improved a lot in terms of my technical and communication skills in my time at Catalyst. There have been many opportunities at Catalyst that have allowed me to grow as a professional. 

Q: Tell us about your team at Catalyst. 

I can proudly say I have the best team members and leads! They are incredibly supportive, and the team is full of positivity. I have learned many new things and received encouragement from my leads, which boosts my confidence. My team is very connected. We work together to share knowledge and provide a positive environment for all to work in. 

Q: Tell us about the work you are most proud of.  
Currently, I am working on Power Apps. Previously, I worked on the Construction domain, which helped me improve my analytical skills.
