Catalyst staff spotlight: Senior Director of Automation Ross Bentley

Every month, we like to highlight a few of our exceptional staff and give them a chance to share more about themselves and what they enjoy most about being a part of Concentrix Catalyst.  This week, we profile Ross Bentley, Senior Director of Automation. 

Tell us about yourself. 

I am really enjoying being “Papa” to my two grandchildren: a 5-year-old and a 20-month-old. I also love music and enjoy outdoor activities. Recently, I’ve been helping my wife with restoration projects at her new shop and that has been very fulfilling. 

What do you do at Concentrix Catalyst? 

I started with Concentrix Catalyst six years ago as a delivery manager at American Express in Phoenix. After a couple of years, I moved to the DevOps Center of Excellence for about 18 months, and have spent the rest of my time since then in the automation service line. 

What do you love about your work? 

I love working with my team of amazing engineers to deliver real solutions to our clients. We have done a lot of great work together. 

Tell us what it’s like working at Concentrix Catalyst. 

I have been continually impressed with our leaders here at Concentrix Catalyst—they are always accessible and inspiring. My manager is such a visionary and is always encouraging me to reach the next level. Early on in a very challenging project, I got some great advice that changed my perspective and really helped me level-up in my ability to deliver value to our customers. 

What is something you’ve learned in your time at Concentrix Catalyst?   

I’m so impressed with how people work together here at Concentrix Catalyst. The culture at Concentrix Catalyst is all about helping whenever possible and being there for others.
