Catalyst staff spotlight: Pamela Anchondo, Senior Associate, Engineer

Every month, we like to highlight a few of our exceptional staff and give them a chance to share more about themselves and what they enjoy most about being a part of Concentrix Catalyst. This week, we shine a light on Pamela Anchondo, Senior Associate, Engineer.

Tell us about yourself.

I love to spend time with my son. Most of the time he helps me with cooking; I love to bake cakes and cookies. It is definitely one of my favorite hobbies. I also like to dance when I get the opportunity.

What do you do at Concentrix Catalyst?

Since I have been at Catalyst, I have been working with our team as a developer. I worked on the promotions administration tool that we implemented last year, as well as working on a platform upgrade. I think those have been two of the most important projects that I have been a part of. In addition, I have been working on the redesign and the ADA certification for our client’s web page. As a daily activity, I help with the maintenance releases.

What do you love about your work?

I am passionate about creating new ideas or new solutions, because every time you have a challenge like this you grow up, and I think the project I am working on now is great for this, we are always finding new ways to improve processes, pages, code, …everything.

What is it like working at Concentrix Catalyst?

I think that our team is great. Everyone is always there for you to help and, I have learned a lot from the entire team.

What is something you’ve learned in your time at Concentrix Catalyst?

I have grown as a web developer, also on teamwork, and this year in January I obtained the Microsoft certification on SQL 2016 Database Development.
